Bu çalışmada obez köpeklerde serum lipoprotein profili ve fruktozamin düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Çalışmanın materyalini farklı cinsiyette, 2-5 yaşlarında 12 sağlıklı ve 23 obez köpek oluşturdu. En az 12 saat süreyle aç bırakılan köpeklerden kan örnekleri alındı. Determination of serum lipoprotein and fructosamine levels in obese dogs

This study was carried out to determine lipoprotein profile and fructosamine levels in obese dogs. Materials of the study included 12 healthy control and 23 obese dogs from both sex, 2-5 year old. Blood samples were collected from each dog fasted at least 12 hours.
