KURUMSAL SOSYAL SORUMLULUK ALGISININ İŞ ARKADAŞLARININ ÇEVRE DUYARLILIĞINA ETKİSİ VE AHLAKİ YANSIMALARIN DÜZENLEYİCİ ROLÜ

Amaç: Çalışma kapsamında; çalışanların kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk algısının iş arkadaşları çevre duyarlılığıüzerindeki etkisini ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamıştır.Yöntem/Tasarım/Metodoloji/Yaklaşım: Çalışma kapsamında kullanılan veriler, Merinos A.Ş. iş kolu olanBesni iplik fabrikasında çalışan 270 kişiden toplanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında kullanılan ölçeğin yapıgeçerliliği ve güvenilirliği yapılan istatistiki analizlerle test edilmiştir. Daha sonra çalışma kapsamındakullanılan hipotezlerin test edilmesinde, Process Makro programından faydalanılmıştır.Bulgular: Çalışma kapsamında elde edilen bulgular incelendiğinde literatüre 3 farklı katkı sağlanmıştır.Bunlardan ilki, çalışanların kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk algısının iş arkadaşları çevre duyarlılığı üzerindepozitif ve anlamlı eksinin bulunduğudur. İkincisi, kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk ve ahlaki yansımaların birlikteiş arkadaşları çevre duyarlılığı üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı etsinin bulunmasıdır. Üçüncü katkı ise KSS-İAÇDilişkisinde ahlaki yansımaların düzenleyici etkisinin bulunmamasıdır.Özgünlük: Çalışma kapsamında iş arkadaşları çevre duyarlılığının ortaya çıkarılmasında KSS algısı ve ahlakiyansımaların etkilerinin incelendiği bu çalışmada literatürde nadir olarak yapılan çalışmalardan birisidir.

EXAMINING THE IMPACT OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PERCEPTION ON COWORKER ENVIRONMENTAL ADVOCACY AND THE MODERATOR ROLE OF MORAL REFLECTIVENESS

Purpose: In the scope of the study, it aimed to reveal the effect of employees 'perception of corporate social responsibility on coworker environmental advocacy. Method/Design/Methodology/Approach: Data used in the scope of the study, Merino I.C. it was collected from 270 employee in the Besni spinning factory, which is a business line. The validity and reliability of the scale used in the scope of the study was tested by statistical analyses. Later, the Process macro program was used to test the hypotheses used in the scope of the study. Findings: 3 different contributions were made to the literature when the results obtained within the scope of the study were examined. The first is that the perception of corporate social responsibility of employees has a positive and significant coworker environmental advocay. The second is that corporate social responsibility and moral reflectiveness together have a positive and significant on co-workers environmental advocay. The third contribution is that there is unsignificant effect of moral reflectiveness in the CSR-CEA relationship. Originality: In this study, which examined the effects of CSR perception and moral reflectiveness on the discovery of coworker environmental advocacy, this study is one of the rare studies in the literature.
