Bu çalışma ile İzmit Yenişehir toplu konut alanının ısıtma sistemi incelenerek, bu sisteme alternatif olarak yeni bir bölgesel ısıtma sistemi tasarlanmıştır. Yeni sistemin ana şebekesinde kullanılacak kaynar suyun gidiş dönüş sıcaklıklarına, ısı üretimi merkezi, ana şebeke ve ikincil merkezler ile şebekeleri göz önünde bulundurulup termodinamik ve ekonomik metodlar kullanılarak parametrik çalışma sonucu karar verilmiştir. Parametrik çalışma hazırlanan bir bilgisayar programı yardımı ile yapılmıştır. Bu sistem için kaynar suyun gidiş ve dönüş sıcaklığı 170/80$^circ C$ olarak elde edilmiştir.

The present heating system of the collective residence of İzmit-Yenişehir is examined and an alternative district heating system is designed. The supply and return hot water temperatures of the main distribution network of alternative system are decided by carrying out a parametric study with using thermodynamic and economic methods, and computer program. For alternative network supply and return temperatures of hot water are obtained as 170°C and 80°C respectively.
