Bu çalışmanın konusu “yetkisiz temsil” dir. Yetkisiz temsil, TBK. m. 46-47’de düzenlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, öncelikle yetkisiz temsil kavramı açıklanmıştır. Ardından yetkisiz temsilin ortaya çıkma şekilleri ele alınmıştır. Akabinde yetkisiz temsilin hüküm ve sonuçları, tarafların her biri açısından ayrı ayrı olarak ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelenmiş ve çalışma tamamlanmıştır. Nihayet çalışma sırasında edindiğimiz kanaatler ise, “Sonuç” kısmında topluca yer almaktadır

The subject of this study is “Agency Without Authority”. Agency without authority is arranged in Turkish Code of Obligations Art. 46-47. In this study, firstly, the concept of agency without authority was described. Afterwards, appearance modes of agency without authority was examined. Later on, the terms and results of agency without authority was separately studied in detail with regard to each part and the study was completed. Finally, during our investigation we have convictions are located in “Result” in a mass
