Hasankeyf’in Yeni Yerleşkesinde Yaşam Kalitesi Açısından Konut Memnuniyetinin Ölçülmesi

Bu makalenin amacı, yaşam kalitesi açısından konut memnuniyetinin ölçülmesine yönelik kapsamlı bir yaklaşım sunmaktır. Bu bağlamda yapılan çalışma, nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Hasankeyf’in yeni yerleşkesinde ikamet eden 18 yaş üzeri 201 konut temsilcisi oluşturmaktadır. Yaşam kalitesi açısından konut memnuniyeti öznel ve nesnel göstergeler dikkate alınarak kentsel/çevresel, sosyal ve fiziksel özellikler Ortalama İndeksin Sınıflandırması kullanılarak ölçülmüştür. Elde edilen bulgulardan yola çıkarak kentte yaşayanların yeni yerleştikleri konutları fiziksel tasarım öğesi bakımından daha çok beğendikleri ve yerleştikleri konutlardan kaynaklı olarak maddi ölçütler açısından yaşam kalitelerinde eskiye göre artış olduğu, ancak konut yapı kalitesi, altyapı sorunları, hizmetlere erişim imkânları, ödeme koşulları ve konut maliyet yükü açısından konut memnuniyetsizliği ortaya çıktığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu nedenle Hasankeyf’te yapılan yeni konutlardaki sorunların kısa sürede çözüme kavuşturulması, baraj yapımı vb. kamu politikaları nedeniyle yapılacak yeni konutların iç ve dış göstergelerle birlikte bir bütün olarak ele alınması ve konut alanlarının konut sakinlerinin ihtiyaçlarına göre uyarlanması gerekmektedir.

Measuring Housing Satisfaction in Terms of Qua-lity of Life in the New Settlement Area of Hasan-keyf

The purpose of this article is to present a comprehensive approach to measure housing satisfaction in terms of quality of life. In this context, the descriptive survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, was applied. The sample consists of 201 housing representatives over the age of 18 in the new area of Hasankeyf. Housing satisfaction in terms of quality of life was measured using the Average Index Classification for urban/environmental, social and physical characteristics, taking into account subjective and objective indicators. Based on the findings, it is determined that those living in the new settlement feel more settled in terms of the physical design of the houses and the quality of life compared to the past. However, dissatisfaction is also observed in terms of infrastructure issues, access to services, housing and housing cost burden in terms of payment conditions. For this reason, problems in the new houses built in Hasankeyf should be resolved in a short time. New houses that will be built due to public policies and dam construction should be considered as a whole with internal and external indicators and housing areas should be adapted to the needs of residents.
