Yanakta kaşıntılı arkiform eritemli plak lezyon: Jessner-Kanof Hastalığı
Jessner'in lenfositik infiltrasyonu (JLİ) sıklıkla baş boyun bölgesinde yerleşim gösteren pembe-donuk
histopatolojik bulgularla hastaya Jessner'in lenfositik infiltrasyonu tanısı kondu.
Pruritic arciform erythematous plaque on the cheek: A case of Jessner-Kanof Disease
Jessner's lymphocytic infiltration (JLI) is a skin condition of unknown aetiology characterized by the
presence of red, tumid nodules, usually on the head, neck and upper back. It is not certain whether JLI is a
different entity or it is a variant of discoid lupus erythematosus or polymorphous light eruption. 34 year-old
female patient applied to our clinic with asymptomatic, nonscaling, erythematous plaques on her the right
side of the face. The patient was diagnosed of JLI according to clinical and histopathological findings. In this
case of presentation, the clinical and histopathological features of the JLI has been described and other
similar dermatosis and their distinctive features have been excluded in the discussion.
