Matematik Öğretmen Adaylarının Matematik Öğretiminde Dile İlişkin Görüşleri

Bu çalışmanın amacı, matematik öğretmen adaylarının matematik öğretiminde dile ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Matematik öğretmen adayları ile yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Görüşmelerde matematik öğretiminde dil konusunun çeşitli boyutları irdelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre, matematik öğretiminde yazma ve okuma etkinliklerine yer verilmesi gerekliliği ortaya konmuştur.

Opinions of Prospective Mathematics Teachers About Language in Mathematics Teaching

The purpose of this study is to investigate opinions of prospective mathematics teachers about language in mathematics teaching. Semi-structured inteviews were conducted with prospective mathematics teachers. Various dimensions of language in mathematics teaching were analayzed through the inteview. Results of this study shows that in mathematics teaching, reading and writing activities should be applied.
