COVID-19 KÜRESEL SALGININDA SAĞLIK ÇALIŞANLARININ BELİRSİZLİĞE TAHAMMÜLSÜZLÜĞÜNÜN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Çin’de ortaya çıkıp tüm dünyaya yayılan Covid-19 salgını nedeniyle yaşanan belirsizlik durumunun sağlık çalışanları üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Veriler, katılımcıların sosyo-demografik özelliklerini ve Covid-19 salgınındaki çalışma durumlarını ve belirsizliğe tahammülsüzlük ölçeğini içeren bir anket ile elde edilmiştir. Hastanedeki sağlık personelinden çalışmaya katılmaya gönüllü olan 284 kişi Haziran-Eylül ayları arasında anketi online olarak yanıtlamıştır.
