Current Factors Related with Asthma Process: Obesity and Nutrition

In recent years studies have shown that asthma, a respiratory disease that is increasingly common, is related with nutritional changes and obesity. The parallel increase in the prevalence of asthma and obesity is one of the reasons for this association. The reduction of lung capacity, difficulty in inspitarion exchange, and systemic-local inflammation increase the number of studies for both diseases. Today, this rapid increase in asthma disease is often associated with changes in the lifestyle of individuals. Many dietary hypotheses are associated with asthma and varying dietary content is shown as one of the most important environmental factors causing asthma. In this study, effects of nutrition and obesity on asthmatic diseases in adult subjects were investigated and it was aimed to keep light on this subject. In this study it was aimed to reflect that the et of nutritional habits and obesity on asthma in adult subjects with current results.
