Süt Ürünlerinin Ambalajlanmasında PVC Malzemenin Kullanımı ve Migrasyon

Gıdaların diğer maddelerle temas ettikleri her an bu materyallerden gıdaya kimyasal geçişi riski bulunmaktadır.

Usage of PVC Material in Dairy Product Packaging and Migration (Turkish with English Abstract)

Whenever food is placed in contact with another substance, there is a risk that chemicals from the contact material may migrate into the food. Food packaging is the most obvious example of a food contact material. Any substance which migrates from the package into the food is concern if it could be harmful to the consumer. Even if the migrating substance is not potentially harmful it could have an adverse effect on the flavour and acceptability of the food. Numerous other packaging materials are used in contact with food including paper, fibreboard, glass, tinplate, aluminum and various types of plastics. Some of the additives used in plastics are more likely to migrate than others. The main concern in the past has been in connection with plasticisers which are used to improve the flexibility of some packaging materials. They are used in a range of plastics but particularly in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) films. PVC films doesn't use packaging of milk products (oily cheese) and another oily foods When considered SpesificallyDiethylhexyladipat (DEHA), ftalats and their public health effect.
