MİKOTOKSİNLERİN DETOKSİFİKASYONUNDA ADSORBAN MADDELERİN KULLANIMI

Mikotoksinlerin sağlık ve ekonomik yönden yarattığı problemler, araştırıcıları mikotoksinlerin ortamdan uzaklaştırılmasına yönelik kontrol stratejilerine yö ne ltmiş tir. Gıda ve yem maddelerinden mikotoksinlerin inaktivasyonu ve/veya uzaklaştırılmasına yönelik çeşitli fiziksel, kimyasal ve biyolojk y ö n tem le r üzerinde d u ru lm a k la b irlik te son y ıllarda, bu amaç la çe ş itli a d s o rb a n mad d ele rinkullanılabileceği de öne sürülmektedir. Mikotoksinlerin detoksifikasyonu veya toksik etkisinin azaltılması amacıyla aktif karbon, bentonit, zeolit ve HSCAS gibi adsorban maddelerin hayvan yemlerine ilave edilerek, mikotoksinlerin gastrointestinal bölgede absorbsiyonlarının engellenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu adsorban maddelerin ayrıca meyve suyu gibi gıda ürünlerinde de miktoksinleri etkili bir şekildebağladığı belirtilmektedir.
