Piritli bakır cevherinin mezofilik bakterilerle çözündürülmesinde demir oksidasyonu üzerine bir çalışma

Biyoliç, sülfürlü cevherlerin ya da konsantrelerin işlenmesi için basit ve etkili bir prosestir. Son yıllarda ekonomikliği ve çevresel avantajları bir çok ülkede kanıtlanmış,olup, bu yöntem başlıca bakır, altın ve uranyumun kazanımı için endüstriyel ölçekte başarıyla uygulanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Küre Bakır cevherinin iki farklı bakteri kültürüyle (Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans ve Leptospirillum ferrooxidans) oksidasyon parametreleri incelenmiştir. Laboratuar şartlarında yapılan biyoliç deneylerinde bakteri sayılan, pH, Fe(II) ve Fe(III) konsantrasyonları incelenmiştir. Her iki bakteri kültürünün bu tip bir cevher için uygunluğu tespit edilmiştir.

A study on iron oxidation in leaching of copper ore with pyrite using by mesophilic bacteria

Bioleaching is a simple and an effective process for the treatment of sulphidic ores or concentrates. Recently, economical and environmental advantages of this method is viable proven in the most countries which has succesfully been applied as a commercial scale for the recovery of copper, gold and uranium. In this study, oxidation parameters of Küre copper ore were followed with two different bacteria cultures (Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Leptospirillum ferrooxidans). In laboratory scale bioleaching tests, bacterial counts, pH, and Fe(II)-Fe(IH) concentrations are discussed. It was obtained that the two bacteria cultures are suitable for Ms type of the ore.
