Karaciğerde kitle imajı veren gastrointestinal stromal tümörün laparoskopik rezeksiyonu

Gastrointesinalstromal tümörler (GİST) en sık midede yerleşim gösteren mezenkimal tümörler olup lokalizasyon ve çapa bağlı olarak değişik semptomlara yol açabilirler. Temel tedavi cerrahi rezeksiyondur. Gelişen minimal invaziv cerrahi yaklaşımların sonucu olarak uygun vakalarda laparoskopik yöntemler başarıyla uygulanabilmektedir. Bu yazıda tümör lokalizasyonu ve büyüme paterni nedeni ile radyolojik tetkiklerde karaciğerde kitle imajı veren mide orjinli GİST olgusunun laparoskopik tanı ve tedavisi sunulmuştur.

Gastrointestinal stromaltumors (GISTs) occur most frequently in the stomach. The symptomatology depends on the tumor size andlocation. Curative treatment is surgery. As a result of development on the minimal invasive surgery, laparoscopic surgical methods can be successfully applied in appropriate cases. Inthisarticle, were port a gastric GIST case, which seemed like a liver mass during radiologicalexaminations, finally diagnosed and treated by laparoscopy.
