Konservatif tedavi edilen hastaların çoğunda spontan gebelik elde edilebilir. Persiste eden infertil vakalarında ovulasyon indüksiyonu ve in vitro fertilizasyon uygulamaları önerilebilir. Olgu sunumu: Sunulan vakamız 24 yaşında, evre 3c seröz borderline over tümörü idi. Hastaya konservatif cerrahi tedavi yapıldı ve cerrahi sonrası adjuvan kemoterapi uygulanmadı. Cerrahi sonrası 2 yıl içerisinde spontan gebelik elde edilememesi nedeni ile hastaya IVF tedavisi önerildi. Şu anda, problemsiz 24 haftalık gebeliği bulunmaktadır.
