Bu araştırmada Tokat ili Kazova Bölgesinde ihracata dönük olarak üretilen domatesin pazarlama yapısı ve sorunları incelenmiştir. Araştırmadaki veriler 9 köydeki 79 tarım işletmesinden anket yöntemi ile elde edilmiştirç Basit tesadüfi örnekleme yönteminin kullanıldığı araştırmada %95 güven sınırları içinde çalışılmıştır. Bölgede işletme başına ortalama 42.3 ton domates üretildiği saptanmıştır. Ortalama verim 4304 kg/da’dır. Üretilen domatesin %92.88’inin pazara sunulduğu belirlenmiştir. Domatesin %60.15’i toptancı tüccar, %32.16’sı komisyoncu aracılığı ile pazarlanmıştır. Ayrıca %5.3’ü aracısız olarak pazarlanırken, %2.39’u bölgedeki salça fabrikasına satılmıştır. Araştırma bölgesinde domatesin pazarlanması ile ilgili bir çok sorun olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

In this study, the problems and marketing structure of tomato produced as export-oriented investigated in Kazova region of Tokat province. The data used in the study obtained from 79 farms in 9 villages by survey. Simple random sampling method considering 95% confidence interval used in the study. It was determined that the mean of tomato production of each farms is 42.3 tons. The average productivity of tomato is 4304 kg/da. It was determined that the big amount of tomato which is 92.88 percentage marketed. 60.15 percentage of tomato produced marketed to whole buyer and 32.16% marketed to middleman buyer. While 5.3% of total production marketed directly to consumers, 2.39 percentage of production was sold to the tomato paste factories in the region. Besides, it was determined that there are many problems in relation to tomato marketing in the study region.
