Farklı Lokasyonlarda Yetiştirilen Anadolu Adaçayı (Salvia fruticosa Mill.)’in Uçucu Yağ Bileşenlerindeki Değişimlerin İncelenmesi
SalviafructicosaMill.’in herbasında uçucu yağ analizi yapılmıştır.
The Examination Of The Changein The Components Of Volatile Oil Of The Anatolian Sage (Salvia fruticosa Mill.) Whıch Is Grown In Dıfferent Locatıons
This study was conducted simultaneously in Kütahya, Balıkesir and Çanakkale locations in order to define the effect of location on the volatile oil components, volatile oil rate and volatile oil quality in Anatolian Sage (Salvia fructicosa Mill.) plant in 2015 growing season. Field experiments were repeated 3 replicates according to randomized block design. The seedlings were planted by a horizontal distance of 30 cm and vertical distance of 50 cm. The volatile oils of the parts of Salvia fructicosa Mill. which are over the soil were examined. These plants’ volatile oils was gathered by hydrodistillation method (GC_MS/FID) and the volatile oil rates in three different locations were measured as %1.93, %2.72, %4.10 respectively. The basic components of the volatile oil were determined as follows; 1.8-cineole %56.05, %33.36 , %49.60 Camphor %6.62 ,%17.51, %22.21 α-thujone %1.48, %5.38, %2.42 β-thujone %2.57, %3.47, %1.43, Borneol %1.39, %1.65, %1.19. The highest volatile oil rate of the Anatolian Sage was reached in Çanakkale location by a %4.10 rate. As a result of the study it was found out that volatile oil components are comperatively richer in terpents and the amount of volatile oil differs according to the ecological factor
