Sağlık üzerine olası etki açısından elde taşınabilen kişisel iletişim cihazları ve hücresel vericilerle ilgili bir değerlendirme

Bu çalışmada, cep telefonları ve diğer elde taşınan telefonların kullanımları esnasında insan kafasında soğurulan non-iyonize radyasyonun yanında, hücresel anten siteleri etrafındaki tipik maruz kalma seviyelerindeki radyo frekansı (RF) için standartlar ve biyolojik etkilerin bir özeti sunulmaktadır. Özel şartlara sahip GSM baz İstasyonları etrafında bazı kritik ölçümler yapılmıştır. Cep telefonları, elde taşınan telefonlar, ve CB (Citizens Band) radyo için yaklaşım mesafesi araştırılmıştır. Özellikle CB radyo anteni için kötü durum mesafesi (insan kafası için) araştırılmıştır. CB radyo anteni etrafındaki elektrik alan şiddeti ve güç yoğunluğu, ölçüm ve hesap vasıtasıyla incelenmiştir. Sonuçlar mevcut Elektromanyetik Alan Güvenlik Standartları ile karşılaştırılmıştır.

An evaluation about hand-held personel communication equipments and cellular transmitters in terms of possible hazards on the health

In this study, a summary of biologic effects and standards for RF fields for human exposure is presented. Typical exposure levels in the vicinity of cell-site antennas as well as non-ionizing radiation absorption in the human head during the use of cellular telephones and other hand-held telephones have been worked. At arround of special featured GSM Base Station, some critical measuring has been made. Safe distance from cellular phones, hand-held telephones, and CB radio were investigated. Especially for CB radio antenna worse case distance (for human head) was studied. The electric field strenght and the power density arround the CB radio antenna were examined by means of calculations -and measuring. The results were compared to current EM Field Safety Standards.
