Investigation of the growth response of the Onobrychis altissima Gross: ve Onobrychis radiata (desf:) bieb: against different kinetin and gibberellic acid concentrations

Some effects of different concentrations of kinetin and GA3 which had been researched only on cultured plants have been investigated on hypocotyl and root growth cotyledon of seedling formed by Onobrychis altissima and Onobrychis radiata (Fabaceae) wild type seeds. Result showed that the kinetin leads to linear increase in growth of isolated cotyledon and chlorophyll formation in them, depending on concentration. On the other hand, GA3 gives to rise linearly in growth of hypocotyl up to a certain concentration.
