Oral Doksisiklin ve Kalsipotriol Pomad Kombinasyonu ile Tedavi Edilen Konflüen ve Retiküler Papillomatoz (Gougerot-Carteaud Sendromu) Olgusu

Konflüen ve retiküler papillomatoz ilk olarak 1927 yılında Gougerot ve Carteaud tarafından tanımlanmış nadir görülen bir dermatozdur. Genellikle hiperpigmente, hiperkeratotik veya verrüköz, ortada birleşip, kenarlarda retiküler görüntü oluşturan tekrarlayan papüler lezyonlar şeklinde karşımıza çıkar. Fizyopatolojisi net olarak bilinmemektedir. Farklı tedavi modaliteleri mevcuttur. Selenyum sülfid, topikal kalsipotriol, üre ve laktik asit gibi keratolitikler, minosiklin), eritromisin, azitromisin, amoksisilin, roxitromisin kullanılabilir. Burada, doksisiklin ve kalsipotriol ile tedavi ettiğimiz 17 yaşındaki kadın olguyu sunmaktayız

Confluent and Reticulated Papillomatosis (Gougerod-Carteaud Syndrome) Case Succesfully Treated with Oral Doxycycline and Calcipotriol Ointment Combination

Confluent and reticulated papillomatosis is a relatively rare dermatosis was first described in 1927 by Gougerot ve Carteaud. Usually appers with hyperpigmented, hyperkeratotic or verrucous, united in the middle, edges of the image forming reticular, recurrent papuler lesions. Its pathophysiology is still unclear. Various treatment modalities have been proposed. Selenium sulfide, topical calcipotriol, keratolytics such as urea and lactic acid, retinoids, tetracycline group of antibiotics (especially minocycline), erythromycin, azithromycin, amoxicillin, roxitromisin can be used.
