Kindler Sendromlu Olguda Anestezi Yaklaşımımız

Kindler Sendromu, bebeklik ve erken çocukluk döneminde travmatik akralbüller, ilerleyici poikiloderma, deri atrofisi ve artmış fotosensitivite ilekarakterize otozomal resesif geçiş gösteren, epidermolizis bülloza ilekonjenital poikilodermanın bulgularının birlikte görüldüğü nadir birgenodermatozdur. Bu yazıda kooperasyon yetersizliği, dental kaygı ve korkunedeniyle lokal anestezi altında diş çekimi gerçekleştirilememiş olguyaanestezi yaklaşımımızı sunmayı amaçladık.

Our Anesthetic Approach to the Patient with Kindler Syndrome

Kindler's Syndrome is a rare genodermatosis with autosomal recessive inheritance characterized by traumatic acral blistering, progressive poikiloderma, skin atrophy and photosensitivity in infancy and early childhood. In this article, we aimed to present our anesthetic approach to patient who could not undergo tooth extraction with local anesthesia due to lack of cooperation, dental anxiety and fear.
