The Importance of Time in Intraoperative Myocardial Infarction: A Case Report
Perioperative myocardial infarction is a cardiac complication that has a high mortality and morbidity and should be started its treatment immediately, including the reperfusion. In these patients, cardiac symptoms should be immediately be recognized and evalueted correctly. Therefore early diagnosis and rapid intervention is the most important factor for survival. We intend to re-emphasize the importance of time in this case report.
