Grup proje çalışmasıyla grup becerilerinin gelişiminde liderin etkisi

Eğitimde en önemli konu öğrencilerin öğrenme potansiyellerini geliştirmektir. Grup proje çalışması, öğrencilerin öğrenme kapasitelerini geliştiren önemli bir araçtır. Ancak grup çalışmasının verimliliği üzerinde grup liderinin etkisi de önemli bir faktör olarak dikkate alınmalıdır. Amacımız yüksek eğitimde grup olarak çalışan grup üyelerinin grup becerilerini ne derecede geliştirdiğini ve grup liderinin grup becerilerinin gelişimine ne ölçüde katkı sağladığını görebilmektir. Bu çalışmaya, Fırat Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler MYO İşletme programının 'satış yönetimi' dersini alan, 2005/2006 yılının 2.döneminde 25 normal öğretim ve 33 ikinci öğretim öğrencisi ve 2006/2007 yılının 2.döneminde ise 33 normal öğretim ve 34 ikinci öğretim öğrencisi olmak üzere toplam 125 öğrenci katılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçları, liderin grup becerilerinin gelişiminde önemli bir rolü olduğunu ve grup proje çalışmasının grup becerilerinin gelişimine büyük ölçüde katkı sağladığım göstermiştir.

The effect of leader in developing of group skills with group project work

The most important matter in education is to develop the learning potential of students. Group project work is an important tool that enhance the learning capacities of students. But also group leader's effect on productivity of group work must be considered as an important factor. Our aim is to see what extent group skills of group members working as group in higher education are develop and how much group leader is contributes to developing of group skills. This study was participated to totally 125 students whose 25 of them daytime and 33 of them nighttime students in the second semester of 2005/2006 year and 33 of them daytime and 34 of them nighttime students in the second semester of 2006/2007 year in the 'sale management' lecture of the business program in Vocational School of Social Sciences at the University of Fırat. The results of study indicated that leader is an important role in developing of group skills and that group project work contributes to developing of group skills on a large scale.
