Osmanlı Tarihi’nin en önemli arsiv kaynaklarından bir tanesi de Ser‘iyye Sicilleri’dir. Ait oldukları dönem ve yer hakkında oldukça önemli bilgiler veren Ser‘iyye Sicilleri’nden faydalanma konusu bugün için belli basına bir problem olmaktadır. Bu durum ise sicillerden faydalanma konusunu belirli bir metoda baglı kılmayı zaruri hale getirmektedir. işte bu açıdan Türkiye’de bulunan bütün sicillerin fihristlerinin yapılması zorunludur. Bu çalısmamızda Türk Tarihi ve Kültürü açısından büyük bir önem tasıyan Ser‘iyye Sicillerinden sadece bir tanesinin fihrist ve tanıtımının yapılması suretiyle bu alanda yapılan çalısmalara bir örnek teskil etmesi amaçlanmıstır.

One of the important archives resources of Ottoman History is Ser‘iyye Registers. The issue of making use of Ser‘iyye Registers, which gave important, imformation about the period and place they belonged to, is today a major problem. This situation makes it obligatory to depend on a certain method while use of the registers. Therefora in this respect, it is obligatory to make the index of all the registers available in Turkey. This study is aimed to set a pattern for the studies made in this field by presenting and making index only one of the Ser‘iyye Registers which has great importance for Turkish History and Culture.
