Repeat Breeder İneklerde Oksidatif Stres ve Çeşitli Biyokimyasal Parametreler

Bu çalışma, repeat breeder ineklerde oksidatif stres ve bazı biyokimyasal parametrelerdeki değişimleri araştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada 3-8 yaş arası 20 adet repeat breeder ve 20 adet kontrol grubu olarak döl verimi problemi olmayan toplam 40 adet Holştayn ırkı inek kullanılmıştır. Tüm hayvanlarda plazma malonaldehit (MDA), katalaz (CAT), glutasyon (GSH), glutatyon peroksidaz (GSH-Px), serum trigliserit, kolesterol, düşük yoğunluklu lipoprotein (LDL), yüksek yoğunluklu lipoprotein (HDL), alkalen fosfataz (ALP), aspartat aminotransferaz (AST), düzeyleri belirlenmiştir. Oxidative Stress and Some Biochemical Parameters in Repeat Breeder Cows

This study was carried out to investigate the changes in oxidative stress and some biochemical parameters in cows that were repeat breeder. A total of 40 Holstein cows were used in the study, 20 of which were repeat breeders between the ages of 3 and 8 and 20 of which were not fertilized. In all animals plasma malonaldehyde (MDA), catalase (CAT), glutathione (GSH), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), serum triglyceride, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein (LDL), high density lipoprotein (HDL), alkaline phosphatase aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels were determined.
