Kadife balığı (tinca tınca L. 1758) derisinde mukus hücrelerin histokimyasal yapısı

Bu çalışmada Kadife Balığı (Tinca tinca L. 1758)'nın gular, pelvik ve anal yüzgeç arası bölge, pelvik ve pektoral yüzgeç arası bölgelerinden alınan deri mukus hücrelerinin histokimyasal karakterlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Her üç bölgede de sülfatlı asidik glikokonjugatların güçlü reaksiyon gösterdiği belirlendi.. Uygulanan AB pH 2.5/PAS boyama metodu sonucunda gular bölgede sadece asidik glikokonjugat içeren mukus hücrelerinin bulunduğu, diğer bölgelerde de hem asidik hemde nötral giikokonjugat içeren hücrelerin bulunduğu belirlendi. Güçlü sülfatlı ve O- sülfat esterli glikokonjugatların gular ve pelvik-anal yüzgeç arası bölgedeki mukus hücrelerinde güçlü, pelvik-pektoral yüzgeç arası bölgedeki mukus hücrelerinde zayıf reaksiyon gösterdiği tespit edildi.

The histochemical structure on the mucous cells in skin of the tench (tinca tinca L. 1758)

This study was aimed to determine histochemical characters of mucus cells taken from regions of gular, between pelvic and anal fin region, between pelvic and pectoral fin of the Tench (Tinca tinca L. 1758). It was identified that strong reaction acidic sulfate glycoconjugates showed strong reactions in all three regions. From the AB pH 2.5/PAS painting method, only mucus cells containing acidic glycoconjugate were found, in gular region, the cells containing both acidic glycoconjugate neutral were found in the other regions. Strong sulphated and O-sulfate ester of glycoconjugates showed strongest reactions in the mucous cells in gular and between pelvic and anal fins regions, and weak reactions in the mucous cells in the region between pelvic and pectoral fins.
