Bir köpekte oral papillomatozis ve cyclophosphamide ile sağaltımı

Bu olguda 7 aylık pointer ırkı erkek bir köpekte karşılaşılan yaygın ve kronik oral papillomatozis'in kemoterapi ile sağaltımı ve elde edilen klinik sonuçların sunulması amaçlanmıştır. Olgu, 3-6 mg/kg dozunda ve birer hafta arayla 4 kez İV cyclophosphamide uygulanarak başarıyla sağaltılmış, yaygın ve kronik oral papillomatozis sağaltımında cyclophosphamide kullanılarak yapılan kemoterapinin etkin bir sağaltım seçeneği olacağı kanısına varılmıştır.

Oral papillomatosis in a dog and treatment with cyclophosphamide

Chemotherapy treatment of very common oral papillomatosis in a 7-month male dog(pointer) and clinical outcomes of the treatment were presented in this case. The case was successfuly treated by the administration of intravenous cyclophosphamide IV (3-6 mg / kg ) 4 times every two weeks. As a result it was understood that chemotherapy could be used as an effective method in case of wide and acute oral papillomatosis.
