Farklı senkronizasyon uygulamaları ile senkronize edilen ineklerde üreme performansı üzerine vitamin E’nin etkis

Bu çalışma; farklı senkronizasyon yöntemleri kullanılarak senkronize edilen ineklerin üreme performansı üzerine vitamin E uygulamasının etkisini araştırmak amacıyla yapıldı. Çalışmada hayvan materyali olarak 84 adet Holştayn ırkı inek kullanıldı. Çift doz prostaglandin $F _{2alpha}$ (11 gün arayla $PGF _{2alpha}$), Ovsynch yöntemi ve Kontrollü intravaginal ilaç salımı (CIDR) yöntemi ile üç farklı şekilde senkronize edilen inekler her senkronizasyon grubu içerisinde kontrol ve vitamin E uygulanan grup olarak iki gruba ayrıldı. Tüm gruplardan 10 ml kan alınarak kontrol gruplarına 4 ml i.m. serum fizyolojik, uygulama gruplarına da 4 ml vitamin E (300 mg/ 2 ml) enjeksiyonu yapıldı. Alınan kan örneklerinde vitamin E ve MDA düzeyleri tespit edildi. Bütün gruplardaki hayvanlar tohumlamadan 60 gün sonra gebelik açısından muayene edildi. Effect of vitamin E on reproductive performance in cows synchronized with different synchronization methods

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of vitamin E treatment on reproductive performance of cows synchronized with different synchronization methods. Eigthy-four holstein cows were used as material. The cows that were synchronized by double $PGF _{2alpha}$ injections 11 days apart, ovsynch and CIDR insertion were divided into two groups as control and treatment (vitamin E) within each synchronization group. Ten ml blood samples were taken from all groups, and then 4 ml physiological saline was injected to all control groups, 4 ml vitamin E (300 mg/ 2 ml) injected to all treatment groups. Vitamin E and MDA levels were determined in all blood samples. All the animals were examined for pregnancy on day 60 after insemination. No statistically significant difference was determined between different synchronization groups, and between control and treatment subgroups within same synchronization group with respect to pregnancy rates.
