Primer ketozisli ineklerde serum fosfor düzeyinin araştırılması
Bu çalışmada, primer ketozisli ineklerde serum fosfor düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Çalışmada 11 adet primer ketozisli (ketozis grubu) ve 7 adet sağlıklı inek (kontrol grubu) kullanılmıştır. Tüm ineklerin V. jugularis'lerinden kan örnekleri alınarak serum fosfor düzeyleri ölçülmüştür. Ketozis ve kontrol grubundaki hayvanların ortalama serum fosfor düzeyleri sırasıyla 3,90 ± 0,86 mg/dl ve 6,02 ± 0,25 mg/dl olarak belirlenmiştir. The investigation of serum phosphorus level in cows with primary ketosis
The aim of the present study was to determine serum phosphorus levels of cows with primary ketosis. Eleven cows with primary ketosis (ketosis group) and seven healthy cows (control group) were used in the study. The blood samples were taken from v. jugularis of the cows and serum phosphorus levels were determined. Mean serum phosphorus levels of ketosis and control group were determined as 3.90 ± 0.86 mg/dl and 6.02 ± 0.25 mg/dl, respectively.
