A7075T651 Alüminyum Alaşımının Sürtünmeli Delme İşleminde Deney Parametrelerinin Kovan Yüksekliğine Etkisi

Sürtünmeli delme, geleneksel olmayan, sürtünme sonucu oluşan ısı etkisi ile delik delme yöntemidir. Budeneysel çalışmada, 2400 d/d, 3600 d/d ve 4800 d/d devir sayılarında, 50 mm/min, 75 mm/min ve 100 mm/minilerleme oranlarında, kalınlığı 2 mm, 4 mm ve 6 mm olan A7075 T651 malzemeye sürtünmeli delmeyöntemiyle delikler delinmiştir. Koniklik açısı 240, 360 ve 480, silindirik bölümün uzunluğu hl=16 mm olanHSS takımlar kullanılmıştır. Deney parametrelerinin, bağlantı uzunluğunu artıran kovan yüksekliğine etkisiincelenmiştir. Maksimum kovan yüksekliği, 240 ve 360 koniklik açılarında, 2400 d/d devir sayısında, 50 mm/min ilerlemede, 6 mm kalınlıkta, 12 mm delik çapında elde edilmiştir. Devir sayısı ve ilerlemenin artması ilekovan yüksekliği azalmıştır.

Investigate of the Effect of Experimental Parameters on the Friction Drilling of A7075-T651 Aluminium Alloy

Friction drilling processes which is a non-traditional hole making is a no-chip drilling process was formed bythermal friction. In the experimental study, 2 mm, 4 mm, and 6 mm of thicknesses of A7075-T651 materialswere holed using friction drilling processes with selection of 2400 rpm, 3600 rpm and 4800 rpm of spindlespeeds, 50 mm/min, 75 mm/min and 100 mm/min feed rates. HSS tools were applied with 240, 360, and 480 ofconical angles and hl=16mm of cylindrical region lenght. The effects of selected experimental parameters onbushing height which increases barrel lenght were investigayted. Maximum bushing height values were obtainedat the 2400 rpm of spindle speed, 50 mm/min of feed rate, 12 mm of hole diameter, 6 mm of material thickness,240 and 360 conical angles conditions. It was noticed that increasing spindle speed and feed rate decreased thebushing height.
