Size effect through double cantilever beams elements of reinforced steel fiber concrete for various thickness
Double cantilever beams elements of reinforced steel fiber concrete are loaded in compressive paralel to cantilever axes. Specimens are produced for two different series having t=40 and 50 mm constant thickness and other two sizes geometrically similar with 1:2:4 ratio. Specimens are prepared from two each series for e=c/5 and e=c/10 eccentric loading and elements for each series include three specimens. Each series include 9 elements and two series are include 18 elements. Total 36 specimens are produced and tested for two different load eccentiricity. Two horizontal and one vertical displacements are measured for each experiments and opening displacements are found by adding two horizontal displacements for each cantilever ends. Test results are analysed for size effect and size effect curve are drawn.
