Temel Cinsel Sağlık Eğitimi Almış Sağlık Çalışanı Kadınlarda Cinsel Fonksiyon Değerlendirmesi ve Sonuçların Temel Cinsel Sağlık Eğitimi Almamış ve Sağlık Sektöründe Çalışmayan Kadınların Sonuçları ile Karşılaştırılması

Amaç: Bu çalışmada sağlık çalışanı olan ve olmayan kadınların cinsel sağlık durumlarının araştırılması ve her iki grubun cinsel sağlık açısından birbirleriyle karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışma, katılmayı kabul eden 116 gönüllüden, 25 yaş üstü, evli olan, herhangi bir kronik hastalığı olmayan, menapoza girmemiş ve eğitim seviyesi olarak en az ilkokul mezunu olan 40 sağlık çalışanı ve 40 sağlık çalışanı olmayan toplam 80 kadın birey ile gerçekleştirildi. Katılımcılara karşılıklı görüşme usulü ile demografik bilgi ve kadın cinsel fonksiyon indeksi (FSFI) anket formu doldurtuldu. Anketteki cevaplar her soru için farklı bir katsayı ile çarpılarak hem 6 farklı alt parametre skoru hem de toplam skor elde edildi ve gruplar birbirleri ile bu parametreler ve toplam skor açısından karşılaştırıldı. Bulgular: Çalışmaya dahil edilen 40 sağlık çalışanı ve 40 sağlık çalışanı olmayan toplam 80 katılımcının ortalama yaşı 35.5 (25-52) olarak belirlendi. FSFI skorlamasına göre cinsel disfonksiyon her iki grupta toplam 43 kişide görüldü (%53.8), gruplara göre bakıldığında sağlık çalışanı grupta 16 katılımcıda (%40), sağlık çalışanı olmayan grupta 27 (67.5) katılımcıda cinsel disfonksiyon görüldü. Sexual Function Assessment and Comparison of the Results of Women with a Basic Sexual Health Education with the Results of Women without any Basic Sexual Health Education and not working in the Health Care Services

Objective: In this study, it was aimed to investigate the sexual health status of health care professional and non- health care professional women and to compare the two groups with each other in terms of sexual health. Material and Method: The study was carried out with a total of 80 female individuals, 40 health care professionals and 40 non-healthcare professionals, who are over 25 years old, married, have no chronic disease, have not entered the menopause period and are at least primary school graduates out of 116 volunteers who agreed to participate. Demographic information and female sexual function index (FSFI) questionnaire form was filled in by the interview method. The answers in the questionnaire were multiplied by a different coefficient for each question, and both 6 different subparameter scores and total score were obtained, and the groups were compared with each other in terms of these parameters and total score. Results: The average age of 80 participants, 40 health professional and 40 non-health professional women included in the study, was determined to be 35.5 (25-52). According to the FSFI scoring, sexual dysfunction was seen in 43 people (53.8%) in both groups, 16 participants (40%) in the healthcare group and 27 (67.5) participants in the non-healthcare group, according to the groups.
