AMBALAJ TASARIMI DERSİ İŞLEYİŞ SÜRECİNDE ESKİZ ÇALIŞMALARININ ÖNEMİ VE KRİTİKLER/ELEŞTİRİLER

Sanayi devrimi sonrası kitlesel tüketimin hızla artması ürünlerin, korunma, depolama ve taşınma problemlerini beraberinde getirmiştir. Bunun sonucunda ambalajın gerekliliği artmış ve ambalajın tasarımı da bu süreçte önem kazanmıştır. Üzerinde bulundurduğu tipografik unsurlar, renkler, illüstrasyon ve fotoğraflar ile aslında bir iletişim aracı olan ambalajın, tüketiciyle görsel iletişimi doğru kurabilmesi ve bunu yaparken de etkileyici olabilmesi gerekmektedir. Doğru iletişim için eğitim ve çalışmanın gerekli olduğu düşünülürse, üniversitelerin grafik tasarım bölümlerinde eğitimi verilen âAmbalaj Tasarımıâ dersinin işleyişi önem kazanmıştır. Bu çalışmada, ambalaj tasarımı dersi kapsamında verilen bir proje üzerinden öğrencilerin çalışma yöntemleri ele alınmış ve işleyiş süreci örneklerle incelenmiştir.

PROCESS OF PACKAGING DESIGN COURSE, IMPORTANCE OF SKETCH STUDIES AND CRITICS

Rapid increase in mass consumption following the Industrial revolution brought various problems concerning preservation, storage and transportation of products. As a result of such concerns need for packaging increased and the design of package gained importance in parallel. The package as a means of communication with its typographic elements, colors, illustrations and photographs needs to establish an accurate communication with the consumer and must be impressive in doing so. Considering that an art education is necessary for an accurate communication, the education process of the âPackaging Designâ courses in graphic design departments of the universities gain more importance. This study examines the working methods of students on a project as part of packaging design course and education process using examples. In addition, design of the packaging materials used is limited to paper or paperboard.
