İşletmelerde bilgi teknolojilerinin kullanımı sonucu elde edilen fayda ve verimlilik arasındaki ilişki

Yapılan uygulamalarda ve akademik çalışmalarda bilgi teknolojileri kullanımının verimliliğe olan etkisi incelenmiştir. İşletmeler kullandıkları bilgi teknolojilerinin etkilerini; birim başına çalışma sermayesindeki azalmayı, artan brüt kârı, radikal bir şekilde düşen sabit yatırımları, çalışan başına düşen gelirlerdeki artışı ve süreç etkinliğini ölçüt kabul ederek görebilmektedirler. Bu ölçütlerden çıkacak sonuç aynı zamanda teknolojinin iş stratejilerine, örgütsel kültüre, örgüt yapısına, yönetim süreçlerine, yapılan işe ve iş ortamına etkisini de göstermektedir. Tüm bunların gerçekleşebilmesi, teknoloji kullanıcıları olan insan kaynağının teknolojiye uyum sağlamasına bağlıdır. Yapılan çalışma, çalışanların bilgi teknolojilerinin kullanımında algıladıkları faydaya, bilgi teknolojilerinde algıladıkları kullanım kolaylığına ve bunların verimlilik üzerine etkilerini ortaya koymaya yönelik ampirik bir çalışmadır.

The relationship between utility and productivity obtained from the use of information technologies in enterprises

The effect of the use of information technology productivity is examined at previous academic studies and applications. Enterprises can able to see the effects of use of information technologies by accepting the reduction in working capital per unit, increased gross profit, capita fixed investment, increase in revenue per employee and process effectiveness as criteria. The result from these criteria at the same time shows the effect of technology to business strategies, organizational culture, organizational structure, management processes, the work done and the work environment. All of these are depending on the adapting of technology users to the technology. This study is an empirical study aiming to reveal the effects of productivity the on use of employees’ perceived utilities of information technologies, information technologies and their perceived ease of use.
