Farklı mineral formlarının ve depolama süresinin vitamin stabilitesi üzerine etkileri
Amaç: Bu araştırma, vitamin-mineral karmalarındaki vitaminlerin stabilitesi üzerine farklı depolama süreleri ile inorganik ve organik minerallerin etkisini tespit etmek amacıyla yapıldı.Gereç ve Yöntem: Denemede vitamin stabilitesini tespit etmek için 3 farklı grup oluşturuldu. Gruplar kontrol, inorganik iz mineral + vitamin ve organik iz mineral + vitamin karması içeren gruplar şeklinde oluşturuldu. Karmalar 1 yıl boyunca depolanarak vitamin A, E, K, C, tiamin ve nia-sin yönünden analizleri yapılarak vitamin stabilitesi tespit edildi.Bulgular: Denemede inorganik mineral grubunda vitamin stabilitesi diğer gruplara göre daha düşük bulundu. Effect of storage time and different mineral forms on vitamin stability
Aim: This research was made to determine the effect of storage time and inorganic and organic minerals on vitamin stability in vitamin-mineral premixes. Materials and Methods: In experiment, groups were divided into three main groups for determination vitamin stability. Groups consist of control, organic trace minerals and inorganic trace minerals. Premixes were stored for one year and vitamin A, E, K, C, thiamine and niacin analyses were made for determination vitamin stability.
