Normal ve zorunlu Newcastle aşılamalarından sonra oluşan spesifik antikorların H.I. testlerle belirlenmesi üzerinde yapılan karşılaştırmalı serolojik çalışmalar

Gerek normal ve gerekse zorunlu aşılama programının ön gördüğü şekilde HB1 ile yapılan burun-göz aşılamala.rından sonra istenil- en bağışıklık temin edilemedi : Kırkbeşinci ve 4,5-5. aylarda yapılan odele aşılamalarından sonra meydana gelen H.l antikorları bağışıklık limitleri içerisinde olup bir ay devam etti. HB1 ile yapılan ilk aşıdan sonraki uygulamaların LoSota suşu ile içme suyu veya pülverize veyahut yağ adjuvanlı odele aşısı şeklinde uygulanmasının daha olumlu olacağı kanaatindeyiz.

At the normal vaccination prograırıme; The cihcks ıwith 7-12 and 24-28 days old 'were vaccinated tıwice ıw.ith HB1 strains of live virus veecine by oculo-nasally insmun response determined by H.l test as being Iow level, in the chicks. They ıwere, then vaccinated by Roakin strains of live virus va.ccine intramuscularly on the days of 45 th. and 120-135 th. twice. After the first vaccination of chiks on 45 th . day •it ıwas again low !eve! but at the second vaccinations was found high immun response in chicks for a month period only. (see the tablo 1 a, figur 1 a). At the urgent vaccination progr.amme; The chicks ıwith 1-4, 12-1'5 and 25-30 da,ys of 45 th . and 120-135 th. In the results of the first three vaccination of chicks immune response ıwere law but each of two intra-muscular injektions field immunity for a month periods respectively. (see the table 1 b, figure 1 b).
