Toplumumuzun beslenmesinde büyük önem taşıyan sütün •· ancak, salgılandığıı organ olan memenin sağlığının korunması · ve sağlıklı koşularda: elde edilmesiyle insan ve hayvan sağlığının birlikte korunması, dengeli beslenmenin 'temin edilmesi, süt üretiminde artış sağlanması ve milli gelire katkıda bulunulması mümkündür.
