Kapalı Ortamda Havada Bulunan Mantar Sporları ve Dezenfeksiyonu

Kapalı ortamda havada bulunan mantarlar alet, malzeme, istihsal edilen aşı ve biyolojik maddelerde kentaminasyon neticesi küflenmelere neden olurlar. insanlarda da. allerjik reaksiyonlar meydana getirmektedir. Havada bulunan mantar sporlarını asgariye indirmek maksadı ile yapılan çalışma sonunda, en uygun kimyevi karışım olarak % 0,025 Potasyum permanganate, % 0,1 Hyposulfitde soude ve % 0.01 acide borique birlikte ve 50 m3 hacim için bir litre eriyik odaya pülverize edildikten sonra, odaların en az iki saat kapalı tutulması gerektiğini tesbit etmiş olduğumuzdan, odaların dezenfeksiyonu icin öneririz.
