KIRPILMIŞ ATIK TAŞIT LASTİKLERİNİN SIFCON ÜRETİMİNDE FARKLI BAĞLAYICILARLA DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Bu çalışmada, çeşitli ekolojik ve ekonomik sorunlara neden olan atık taşıt lastiklerinin Çimento bulamacı emdirilmiş lifli beton (Slurry Infiltrated Fiber Concrete–SIFCON) üretiminde farklı bağlayıcılarla değerlendirilebilirliği araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, bağlayıcı olarak CEM I, CEM IV ve kalsiyum aluminatlı çimentolar (CAC) ayrı ayrı kullanılarak SIFCON kompozitler üretilmiştir. Üretilen SIFCON kompozitlerde lif olarak sadece kırpılmış atık taşıt lastikleri kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen SIFCON kompozitlerin birim ağırlıkları, ultrases geçiş hızları, eğilme dayanımları ile basınç dayanımları belirlenmiştir. Deneysel çalışma neticesinde; kırpılmış taşıt lastiklerinin lif olarak kullanılarak CEM I çimentosu ile 50 Mpa eğilme dayanımına sahip SIFCON kompozitler üretilebileceği görülmüştür.
