İstismarcı Yönetici Davranışının İşyerindeki Sapkın Davranışlar Üzerindeki Rolü

Bu araştırmanın amacı istismarcı yöneticidavranışının iş yerindeki sapkın davranışlarüzerindeki katkısını incelemektir. İş yerindekisapkın davranışlar örgüte, yöneticiye veçalışanlara olmak üzere üç sınıflama ile elealınmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri kolaydaörnekleme metodu ile İstanbulda bankacılıksektöründe faaliyet gösteren kurumlarda çalışantoplam 148 kişiden toplanmıştır. Uygulananregresyon analizleri istismarcı yöneticidavranışlarının örgüte ve çalışanlara yöneliksapkın davranışlar üzerinde anlamlı katkısınınbulunduğunu, ancak yöneticiye yönelik sapkındavranışlar üzerinde anlamlı katkısınınbulunmadığını göstermiştir. Ayrıca, istismarcıyönetici davranışlarının örgüte yönelik sapkındavranışlar üzerindeki katkısının, çalışanlarayönelik sapkın davranışlar üzerindeki katkısınakıyasla daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The Contribution of Abusive Supervision on Workplace Deviance

This study tests the contribution of abusivesupervision on workplace deviant behaviors.Workplace deviant behaviors have beenexamined with three classif ications includingorganizational deviance, supervisor-directeddeviance and non-supervisory interpersonaldeviance. Data were collected throughconvenience sampling method f rom 148employees working in organizations f unctioningin the banking sector. Regression analysesrevealed that abusive supervisory behaviors havesignif icant positive contributions onorganizational deviance and non-supervisoryinterpersonal deviance, but have insignif icantcontribution on supervisor-directed deviance.Moreover, it was f ound that abusive supervisorybehaviors have a stronger contribution onorganizational deviance.
