İŞ-YAŞAM DENGESİNİN İŞE TUTKUNLUK ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ: YER HİZMETLERİ ÇALIŞANLARI ÜZERİNDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Hayat dengeler üzerine kurulu bir döngüden oluşmaktadır. İyi kurulan bir denge ise, bireyin hem sosyal hem de iş hayatında olumlu sonuçlar yaratmada kullanacağı kaynağı ifade etmektedir. Yapılan araştırma, bireylerin iş-yaşam dengesinin örgütler için önemli konulardan biri olan işe tutkunluk üzerindeki etkisini incelemektedir. Bu kapsamda Türkiye’de A sınıfı ruhsatlı yer hizmetleri şirketlerinde çalışan işgörenlerden elektronik ortamda hazırlanan anketler yoluyla veriler (n=238) toplanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda işgörenlerin iş-yaşam dengelerinin işe tutkunlukları üzerinde pozitif yönde ve anlamlı bir etkisi olduğu görülmüştür.

THE EFFECT OF WORK-LIFE BALANCE ON WORK ENGAGEMENT: A STUDY ON GROUND HANDLING EMPLOYEES

Life consists of a cycle based on equilibriums. A well-established balance refers to the resource that the individual will use to create positive results in both social and business life. The research conducted examines the effect of work-life balance of individuals on work engagement, which is one of the important issues for organizations. In this context, data (n=238) is collected from A-certified ground handling employees in Turkey by using electronic questionnaires. As a result of the analysis, it was seen that the work-life balance of the employees had a positive and significant effect on their work commitment
