With these purposes, a questionnaire based on a scenario conducted to last year business students and business master students totally 342 from two universities. At first, it is driven the cluster analysis in order to separate the sample into two different groups based on similarities and differences. Then it is tested whether there are statistical differences between two groups of participants. Participants evaluated and appropriated the transformational leadership -no differences between two groups- as an ethical approach. In next stage “Analytical Hierarchy Process” is conducted in order to determine the more effective dimension of transformational leadership dimensions –charisma, inspiration, individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation- on these perceptions. Results demonstrated that individualized consideration is more effective dimension of than the other dimensions on which transformational leadership is approved as an ethical approach in of task conflicts.
