İmalat Sanayileri Yatırım Projeleri Planlama ve Yönetimde Yaklaşımlar

Bu çalışmada imalat sanayileri yatırım projeleri planlama ve yönetiminde yeni yaklaşımlar incelenmiştir. Bu yaklaşımlar; Proje Döngü Yönetimi, Proje Döngü Yönetiminde Bütünsel Yaklaşım, Proje Planlamasında Mantıksal Çerçeve yaklaşımlarıdır. Bu yaklaşımlarda imalat sektöründeki yatırım projeleri ayrıntılı olarak incelenmekte ve her aşmada gerekli işlemler açıklanmaktadır. Proje planlama süreci ile ilgili proje döngü yönetimi farklı ülkeler ve uluslararası işletmeler tarafından kendilerine uyumlaştırılmakta ve geliştirilmektedir. Böylece yatırım projeleriyle ilgili karar alma süreçleri sistematikleştirilmektedir.

The New Approach in Manufacturing Industries, Investment Project Planning and Management

In this study, the new approaches in manufacturing industries, investment project planning and management have been searched. These approaches are; Project Cycle Manufacturing, Integrated Project Cycle Management Approaches, Project Planning Logician Frame Approaches. In this approaches manufacturing sector investment project detail searched and necessary procedures have been explained in every rank. Project planning process with interesting project cycle management by different countries and international business adapted to themselves and developed. So getting decisions related on investment process have been systematizioned .
