ÜNİVERSİTE ÖĞRENCİLERİNDE YAŞAM DOYUMUNU YORDAMADA BİREYSEL BÜTÜNLÜK (TUTARLILIK) DUYGUSU, AİLE BÜTÜNLÜK DUYGUSU VE BENLİKSAYGISI

Bu araştırmanın amacı yaşam doyumunun yordanmasında bireysel bütünlük duygusu (anlaşılabilirlik, anlamlılık, yönetme), aile bütünlük duygusu ve benlik saygısı değişkenlerinin ne düzeyde katkıda bulunduğunu belirlemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Çukurova Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesine devam eden 250 kız (%64), 143 erkek (%36) toplam 393 üniversite öğrencisi oluşturmuştur. Araştırmaya katılan deneklerin yaş ortalaması 19.45'tir. Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla Bireysel Bütünlük (Tutarlılık) Duygusu Ölçeği , Aile Bütünlük Duygusu Ölçeği , Rosenberg Benlik Saygısı Envanteri ve Yaşam Doyumu Ölçekleri uygulanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilerin analizinde Pearson Momentum Korelasyon ve Aşamalı Regresyon teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulguları Antonovsky'nin belirlediği kuramsal yapıyı destekler niteliktedir. Araştırma bulguları beklenildiği yönde yaşam doyumu ile bireysel, ailesel bütünlük duygusu ve benlik saygısı arasında olumlu orta ve göreli olarak güçlü düzeyde ilişkiler olduğunu göstermektedir. Yaşam doyumunu yordamaya ilişkin ele alınan tüm değişkenler toplam varyansın %40'ını açıkladığı görülmüştür. Yaşam doyumunu yordamaya en fazla katkıda bulunan değişkenin bireysel bütünlük duygusunun alt boyutu olan anlaşılabilirlik boyutu olduğu bunu sırasıyla aile bütünlük duygusu, benlik saygısı, yönetilebilirlik ve anlamlılık değişkenlerinin izlediği saptanmıştır.
