Ülseratif Kolit Ve Hemşirelik Yönetimi

Ülseratif kolit tipik olarak rektal alanda ve sigmoid kolonda görülen ve kolon boyunca ilerleyen mukozal lezyonlar ile karakterizedir. Ülseratif kolit k alın barsak ta inflamasyon ve ü lserlere neden olan b ir hasta lıktır. Herhangi bir yaşta görülebilir, fakat daha çok 15 -30 yaşları arasında başlar ve 50 -70 yaşları a r a s ı n d a d a h a a z o l a r a k g ö r ü l ü r . E r k e k v e k a d ı n l a r d a e ş i t o r a n d a görülmektedir ve ailesel yatkınl ık göstermektedir

ULCERATIVE COLITIS AND NURSING MANAGEMENT

Ulcerative colitis is characterized by mucosal lesions occuring typically in the r ectal area and s igmoid colon and progressing throughout the colon. Ulcerative colitis is a disease that causes inflamation and ulcers in the lining of the large intestine. It may occur in people of any age, but most often it starts between ages 15 -30, or less frequently between ages 50 and 70. It affects men and women equally and appears to nın in some families
