Histerektomi Sonrası Psikoseksüel Uyum

Histerektominin cinsel fonksiyonlar ve psikolojik durum üzerine olan et k il er i henü z net l ik ka za nma mı ş t ı r . His t er ek t omi olmuş k a dı nla r a ra sı nda cinsel fonksiyon bozukluğu prevelansı, metodolojik faktörlere bağlı olarak farklılık gösterir. Bu çalışmada; literatürde geçen histerektomi sonrası psikoseksüel fonksiyonların değerl endirildiği çalışmalar incelenmiş ve histerektomi sonrası psikoseksüel uyumu etkileyebilecek faktörler tartışılmıştır. Çalışma, konu ile i l gi l en e n a r a ş t ı r ma c ı l a r ı n, ya p a c a k l a r ı t a s a r ı ml a r ı nd a gö z ö nü ne a l ma l a r ı gereken noktalara dikkatlerini çekmek amacıyl a planlanmıştır

PSYCHOSEXUAL ADAPTATION AFTER HYSTERECTOMY

Hysterectomy is one of common gynecologic operations which applied to women. It has not been yet clear that the impact of hysterectomy on sexual functions and psychological well-being. The sexual dysfunction prevalance among hysterectomized women is variable related to methodological factors. In this study, researches that evaluating psycho -sexual functions after the hysterectomy are analyzed and related factors are discussed under the light of the litelature. The study has been planned to make a prediction for the researchers concerning with this subject in order to take into account the points for their designs
