MULTİPLE SKLEROZ VE EVDE BAKIM

Multiple skleroz MS genellikle 20-50 yaş arası ortaya çıkmakta olup, genç erişkinlerde travmalardan sonra en sık özürlülük nedenidir. Oluşan semptomların bireylerde ciddi sorunlara ve sıklıkla özürlülüğe yol açması yaşam kalitesini olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. MS'li bireyler tedaviye uyum sağlamada, semptom yönetiminde, günlük yaşam aktivitelerini daha bağımsız sürdürmede ve fiziksel bozuklukların gelişmesini engellemede, hemşire tarafından sunulan evde bakım hizmetlerine ihtiyaç duyarlar. Bu makalede multiple skleroz ve evde bakım tartışılacaktır

MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS AND HOME ÇARE

Multiple sclerosis usually appears in 20 to 50 years of age, and is the most common cuase of disabilities in young adults after trauma. Symptoms cause severe problems, and frequently result in disabilties vvhich diminishes the quality of life. Patients with multiple sclerosis need home çare presented by nurses in means of compliance to treatment, manangement of symptoms and avoiding progesssion of physical deformities. İn this study, multiple sclerosis and home çare will be discussed
