Örgütler Açısından İntikam ve Sabotaj Kavramlarının Karşılaştırılması

Örgütler, birbirinden farklı kişilik özelliklerine ve becerilere sahip olan bireylerin aynı amaçlar doğrultusunda çalışmak için bir araya geldiği topluluklardır. Günümüzde teknolojinin gelişmesi ve küreselleşmenin de etkisiyle örgütlerde rekabet üstünlüğü elde etmek ve bu üstünlüğü sürdürmek önem kazanmıştır. Rekabet üstünlüğünün sağlanabilmesi için insan kaynağına gereken önemin verilmesi noktasında örgütler oldukça dikkatli hareket etmek durumundadır. Örgütlerin çalışanların istek ve beklentilerine göre hareket etmesi, çalışan tatminini önemsemesi ve çözüm odaklı olması, meydana gelebilecek olumsuz durumların önüne geçebilmek adına göz önünde bulundurulması gereken önemli bir konudur. Örgütlerde önemli sorunlar olarak görülen ve hem çalışanları hem de örgütleri olumsuz etkileyen üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışları, sapkın ya da saldırgan davranışların önlenmesi, örgütlerin hayatta kalabilmeleri ve kaliteli işler başarmaları için olmazsa olmaz koşuldur. Bu davranışlardan olan örgütsel intikam ve örgütsel sabotaj davranışlarının karşılaştırılması araştırmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Kapsamlı bir alan yazın taraması yapılarak bu çalışmayla konunun sınırlarının çizilmesi, örgütsel intikam ve örgütsel sabotaj kavramlarının özellikleri, nedenleri ve sonuçları temel alınacak şekilde benzerlik ve farklılıkları ortaya konarak karşılaştırması amaçlanmaktadır.

Comparison of the Concepts of Revenge and Sabotage in Terms of Organizations

Organizations are communities where individuals with different personality traits and skills come together to work for the same purposes. Today, with the development of technology and the effect of globalization, it has become important to obtain and maintain a competitive advantage in organizations. In order to provide competitive advantage, organizations have to act very carefully in terms of giving the necessary importance to human resources. It is an important issue that should be considered in order to prevent negative situations that may occur, for organizations to act according to the wishes and expectations of the employees, to care about employee satisfaction and to be solution-oriented. Anti-productive work behaviors, which are seen as important problems in organizations and negatively affect both employees and organizations, are indispensable for the prevention of deviant or aggressive behaviors, for organizations to survive and to achieve quality work. The comparison of organizational revenge and organizational sabotage behaviors, which are among these behaviors, is the subject of the research. By conducting a comprehensive literature review, it is aimed to draw the boundaries of the subject and to compare the concepts of organizational revenge and organizational sabotage by revealing their similarities and differences on the basis of their characteristics, causes and results.
