Yüksek akımlı priapizm: Olgu sunumu

Yüksek akımlı priapizm, erektil dokudaki laküner boşluklara kan akımının artması sonucunda görülen nadir bir patolojidir. Anjiyografi ve selektif embolizasyon en sık uygulanan ve bugün kabul gören tedavi yaklaşımlarıdır. Bunun yanısıra gözleyerek izlem gibi bazı konservatif tedavi yaklaşımlarının da uygulanabileceği ve etkili olduğu bildirilmektedir. Çalışmamızda arteryel priapizm tespit edilen ve gözleyerek izlem tedavisi uygulanan 32 yaşında bir olgu sunulmaktadır.

High flow priapism: A case report

Arterial high flow priapism is rare pathology which results from unabated blood flow through the lacunar spaces of the erectile tissues. Angiography with selective embolization is the most common procedure of choice. Additionally, conservative management including watchful waiting is reported to be reasonable and efficacious in most cases. In this report we present a 32 year old case of arterial priapism managed with watchful waiting.
