Peyronie hastalığına bağlı penil kurvatür cerrahisinde plak insizyonu ve safen ven greftleme

Peyronie hastalığına bağlı penil kurvatür sık görülen bir patolojidir ve bu patoloji cinsel ilişkiye engel olabilir. Bu olgu sunumunda, medikal tedaviye yanıt vermeyen 68 yaşındaki bir hastaya, son zamanlarda popularize olmuş ve kliniğimizde ilk kez uygulanan bir penil kurvatür düzeltme tekniği anlatılmaktadır. Peyronie hastalığına bağlı penil kurvatürün düzeltilmesinde, plak İnsizyonu ve safen ven greftleme, sonuçları itibarıyla güvenli, maliyeti düşük ve başarılı bir rekonstrüktif cerrahidir.

Plaque insiciın and saphenous vein grafting for surgical treatment of penile curvature in peyronie's disease

Penile curvature is a common feature of Peyronie's disease, which may result in difficulty in sexual intercourse. In this case report, we present our first experience on a recently popularized penile-straightening procedure in a 68-year-old patient who had had no benefit from the medical treatment. Plaque insicion and saphenous vein grafting for surgical treatment of penile curvature in Peyronie's disease is a reconstructive surgery with à safe, cost effective and successful outcome.
