Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi hastanesi merkez laboratuvarı çalışanlarının eğitim algıları ve iş ile ilgili tutumları
Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı Merkez Laboratuvarı çalışanlarının kendilerine sağlanan eğitim hakkındaki algılarının iş ile ilgili tutumları üzerindeki etkilerini araştırmaktır. Gereç ve yöntem: Araştırmaya 101 laboratuvar çalışanı katılmıştır. Araştırmanın bağlırisız veya eğitim ile ilgili değişkenleri öğrenme motivasyonu, eğitim olanakları, amir ve çalışma arkadaşlarının desteği, bireysel kazançlar, kariyer kazançları ve iş ile ilgili kazançlardır. Bağımlı ya da iş tutumları değişkenleri ise iş doyumu, işe bağlılık, üç örgütsel bağlılık boyutu (duygusal, devamlılık ve normatif bağlılık) ve işten ayrılma niyetidir. Bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki nedensel ilişkileri ortaya çıkarmak için stepwise regresyon analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Analiz bağımlı değişkenlerin her biri için tekrarlanmıştır. Bulgular: Sonuçlar amir desteği ve öğrenme motivasyonu"2"nin iş doyumunu; amir desteği ve kariyer kazançlarının hem işe bağlılığı hem de normatif bağlılığı etkilediğini; duygusal ve devamlılık bağlılığının öğrenme motivasyonundan etkilendiğini ve eğitim değişkenleri ile çalışanların işten ayrılma niyetleri arasında ilişki olmadığım göstermiştir. Sonuç: Çalışma, eğitimin Merkez Laboratuvarı çalışanlarının iş doyumu, işe bağlılık ve örgüte bağlılıklarının geliştirilmesinde ve sürdürülmesinde rol oynayabileceğini göstermiştir.
Perceptions associated with training and work-related attitudes of the central laboratory employees at Dokuz Eylül University hospital
Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of perceptions associated with training provided by the Hospital on work-related attitudes of The Central Laboratory employees. Material and method: 101 laboratory employees participated in the research. Independent or training related variables were motivation to learn, access to training, supervisory and peer support, personal benefits, career benefits and job-related benefits. Dependent or work attitudes variables were job satisfaction, job involvement, three components (affective, contkmence and normative) of organizational commitment and intention to leave. Stepwise regression analysis was utilized to explore causality relationships between independent and dependent variables and the process was repated for each work-related variables. Results: Results showed that supervisory support and motivation to Iearn2influenced job satisfaction; tlıat supervisory support and career benefits influenced both job involvement and normative commitment; that affective and continuance commitment were influenced by motivation to learn and that there was no relationsliip between training related variables and intention to leave. Conclusion: This study has shown that training can play role in the development and maintenance of job satisfaction, job involvement and commitment to organization of The Central Laboratory employees.
